Positive: Houssaine and Aziz are brilliant hosts, Always welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. They went out of their way to organise day trips for us and answered any queries we had. The tourism company has professional and courteous drivers-Rasheed, Hamza, Abdulhameed and Zachariah. Beautiful Riad.

Negative: Under the beds and furniture, there was a lot of dust. The hot water was unpredictable. Most days we would wait 10 mins for the water to warm up before we could shower. Some days we didn’t get hot water. The housekeeping staff didn’t give out fresh towels easily in the rooms or at the poolside. The door locks were tricky to use. The TV didn’t work but they managed to get that fixed. The heating didn’t work very effectively in our room when the weather became abit colder. The breakfast was good but very repetitive and limited. We got very bored after a while. The food on site was good but expensive.

Summary: Beautiful Riad in a rural location. Warm and wonderful staff.

Positive: The staff is outstanding friendly. We had a very warm welcome. We were the only guests for the one night and got everything we need and asked for. The dinner was good and the breakfast with some extra wishes too. The area is so quiet and peaceful, the pool and the park are very beautiful. The rooms are spacious and in traditional design. On the check out day we got the possibility to relax at the pool for half a day. Definitely will come back here to stay longer.

Positive: The team at Clé de Sol were fantastic. We stayed over New Year‘s eve and Aziz and Houssaine went above and beyond to make the evening feel special for all guests. Beautiful property and lovely, clean rooms. Would recommend!

Positive: Fantastic place even in the wintertime. Friedly and helpful staff, splendid meals, interesting culture arround..

Negative: Due some mistake first night of our reservation we was transfered to another hotel in the surrondings which was just terrible - dirty and broken, under any civilized expectations. Happily Riad del sol compensated it with good dinner for our family and other bonuses. But anyway it means that there should be more carefulness with reservation system.

Positive: We had an amazing stay here! The photos don’t do it justice at all - it’s absolutely beautiful. We stayed in Morocco for a month and this was our favourite place we stayed! The staff were also lovely and really went out of their way for us when my partner wasn’t feeling well - bringing room service to our room and checking in on how he was feeling.

Positive: Lovely stay at Clè De Sol & SPA. Accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. AC and WIFI were working with no issues during our stay. Beautiful scenery around, lovely pool and a very nice breakfast. Super friendly dog Gabi, who played with the kids around, and at times, in the pool :) Very friendly and helpful staff (especially Aziz) who helped us with transport arrangements. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Negative: The location is quite remote and the nearest shops are about 15min walk. It would be nice to have a little shop/vending machine with snacks/drinks on the site. Also more options in the menu or different menu for lunch and dinner would be nice. We’ve only stayed for a couple of days but I can imagine that the food will feel very repetitive if we were to stay longer and there are no restaurants nearby.

Summary: Overall we had a wonderful time at Clè De Sol & SPA
